Project Overview
The Renovations to 1-3 Thomas Street consists of a comprehensive exterior and interior rehabilitation of a four-unit multi-family residential property in Rochester, owned by the Rochester Housing Authority (RHA). Architect of Record: Peter L. Morse & Associates, Architects A.I.A.
Scope of Work
Full-scale envelope replacement including new fiber cement siding with rain screen system, new asphalt shingle and standing seam metal roofing, replacement of all windows and exterior doors, new wood-framed decks on east and west elevations, concrete and earthwork package, interior finish carpentry, painting, plumbing, gas furnace and ductwork, and full electrical at all four units.
