In its early years this building was a simple coal depot that deteriorated over time. Loyal Nine rebuilt the structure and now it boasts multi-tenant office space on the second floor with a bar, coffee, and retail space on the first floor.
Scope of Work
Complete structural reconstruction, facade restoration, new MEP systems, interior buildout for first-floor commercial and second-floor office tenants, accessibility improvements.
