Loyal 9 Development was contracted to create a new backyard pavilion and outdoor kitchen space for a homeowner on Brook Valley in Chili, NY. Built directly off the rear patio and overlooking the in-ground pool, this structure was designed to deliver comfort, coverage, and convenience for everyday outdoor living and entertaining.
Scope of Work
Pavilion on stamped concrete patio with pressure-treated framing, hip-style roof with architectural shingles, white columns. Existing built-in granite-topped bar and grilling station with stone veneer and custom cabinetry. Recessed lights and ceiling fan. Landscaping and hardscaping restored.
