Family Promise of Ontario County undertook a comprehensive renovation of their facility at 495 North Main Street in Canandaigua, transforming it into a modern, code-compliant multi-family shelter. Architect of Record: Labella.
Scope of Work
Full gut renovation of multi-story residential structure including new MEP systems, interior finishes, ADA accessibility upgrades, kitchen remodel, bathroom renovations, exterior site work, fence, playground, and concrete ramp.
