Scope of Work
Full porch rebuild including removal of existing structure, new framing, tongue-and-groove composite decking, PVC-wrapped columns, white vinyl railings, beadboard ceiling, curved roof with architectural shingles, glass storm door, updated lighting, gutters, and new concrete sidewalk.
