Project Overview
Loyal Nine Development completed construction of Knollwood Lodge at Northampton Park in Brockport, NY. Designed to be fully ADA-compliant, it includes Monroe County Parks' first adult changing table in its accessible restroom.
Scope of Work
Ground-up construction of a wood scissor truss lodge system, full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ADA-compliant restrooms, a functional kitchen, and outdoor amenities.

Challenges
