Project Overview
Loyal 9 Development successfully completed the construction of a new pavilion at Farmington Town Park. This endeavor replaced an old and outdated structure, introducing a modern, pre-engineered pavilion that enhances both the functionality and aesthetic of the park.
Scope of Work
30x50 ft pavilion with wood columns and beams, metal roof, shallow foundation system, gutters and downspouts, underground drainage piping, and new electrical service with conduit for future upgrades.
