Project Overview
Loyal Nine Development completed a comprehensive exterior revitalization project across the Bronson Court Townhomes campus for the Rochester Housing Authority. Spanning seven buildings and dozens of individual townhome units, the scope focused on structural upgrades, safety enhancements, and aesthetic improvements.
Scope of Work
Demolition and replacement of all exterior siding, fascia, soffits, and trim. New covered front porches and rear decks for all units. Complete concrete demolition and replacement. Landscaping restoration.
